if that a24 guy is a player, he either has the damage indicators mod, or hes just trolling players

Damage indicators is a hack that gives a PvP advantage. This player is most likely trolling. I highly doubt there's a popular client out there that publicly announces when particular hacks are toggle and/or untoggled.

It's not a "hack", because your computer knows the informations about the other players, it's just like a mod who let you these informations see. But... it is a PvP advantage, you're right.
