Hello everyone! I'd just like to give all of you a little pep talk during the crazy wave of applications.
Stay confident. No matter what, just stay positive! It's okay to be nervous, but don't allow that to control you. Having a nervous feeling just means you're more alert. If you're more alert, you'll be less prone to making errors when it comes to the writing of your application, and your interview. So, just be confident! And don't allow your nerves to overcome you.
Be positive. Keeping yourself positive is one of the most important things you can do. Having a positive attitude will also boost your confidence, and make it easier. If you're negative, you won't be having any fun with it. Staff applications are serious, but don't make it too serious. Have a little fun with it. Show us what you can really do, and be sure to be enthusiastic. And that leads me in to my next point...
Be enthusiastic. Make sure your application is enjoyable, and easy to read. Try not to make it dull such as: How would you benefit the staff team? I'd ban people who need to be banned. That's just dull, and not giving enough detail. Just make sure your application is clean, thorough, and enthusiastic.
And, no matter what happens, At least you tried. Just keep that in mind. And always have the mind set of "I can, and I will." And finally, Good luck to everyone!
Wow idk if I have to share it with u but i never ever cried before in my life before I got denied.. cry feels so strang and badmidk how to explain it....
