If you think it's unfair staff watching the games if they're in teams then that is absurd - there are livestreams of the games they can watch to see tactics anyway, and all of the matches are uploaded so the tactics are open to see.. 

It's only for officials, media and refs because you don't want the server to be packed.

Well, some of the teams was playing ocn's tourney. And there were 4 disqualified teams. So there were "only" 3 no shows this week.
