Players who did not get their application accepted last time now improved their applications, so the competition has gone up.

Also, from what I have heard, there are more players applying this time than there were in June.

Replied to Phobiaxx As a real-life friend of his I also get quite a few updates from him which makes me believe that he has a good chance. If I remember correctly his application was reviewed in 5 minutes (don't quote me on that) and he's on to interviews (ik that it was reviewed within a day at least).

Replied to Stimulating It's not certain that he has been accepted for an interview just yet. Remember, another three senior staff members must first review his application, and he must receive a minimum of four votes to decide whether or not he will be asked to an interview.
