If I get the subscription for gold if I pay for it over time will it finally pay for it all together so basically can I pay it step. By step because I might be getting it

nu, if u get it monthly, 5 times, you won't have the perm rank, its not rent-to-own.

I don't think that's how it works. You have to buy the permanent rank in order to keep it forever. Constantly buying it monthly does not do that, you have to continue paying for your subscription. 

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but this was the case last time I checked.
