Hello my children!

Hope you had a wonderful day of Avimas. Through these past days, I've realized the comments you've guys posted. I wish to thank everyone who remained positive regarding Avicus and the future of it. May I wish all of you a happy new year.

So it's the 25th and here is a quick recap of what we've showcased the past 15 days. Our first main introduction was DTC. You can find DTC in the Destroy rotation soon. Our next showcase was the lobby which will go away next Tuesday. Afternoon all that, we showed all the new gadgets and credit items you can obtain. Those morphs and sound effects and colored badges are all live now so go out and spend. You can also now access the Maps page via http://avicus.net/maps.

About Arcade, Arcade is still being given its final touches and the Map Development team is currently working to push new maps and new gamemode concepts for this server. Expect this to be open between January and February. Just a quick recap though, the current arcade rotation is planned to have Minotaur, Red Alert, Lanes, Ghost Squadron, Parkour, and Spleef. Stay tuned for more detail by the Map Development team

For one final note, I would like to thank ALM, Kashike, and ProfessorUtonium for being the best elves I could have ever worked with.

DAY 15/15

Ho ho ho! So it’s now the final day before Avimas, and we have a great gift for you all. The Elves have told me how hoarding this many credits to myself is considered selfish. I’ve decided they must be right, so I’ll be giving them away in the Christmas spirit.

I’m going to be splitting the amount of credits I have, and make them the prizes of two individual giveaways. This means you’re going to have two chances to win big.

Along with this giveaway, the Elves thought it would be a great idea to also announce the launch of our new Instagram page, AVN_Official. (https://www.instagram.com/AVN_Official/)

Hello once again children! Ho Ho Ho!

Only one day left! This has been a wild ride with all the feedback you've given me. I would like to wish you guys a Merry Avimas and to remember to stay till the 25th. Since we've finished talking about Arcade, I have a VERY special treat for you guys made in the bakery in my Workshop. The Elves have made a special maps page for Maps and to where you guys can put your very own feedback! What this website area will include is the map, the author, the version of the map, map information, AND a place where you can input feedback to where the Map Devs will be able to see it.

DAY 13/15

Hello once again children! Ho Ho Ho!

Day 13 Already? We only got 2 more days together. I had a fun year with you guys but things will finally have to come to an end. Arcade is still right around the corner and what more than another sneak preview of an arcade gamemode? If you aren't aware already, Arcade is for anyone that wants a quick game. You will not witness 1 hour matches on Dust Devils but small 5 minute games on Ghost Squadron or Red Alert. What could be faster than this? Well, the answer is Parkour! You will be able to challenge other people in a race to the end of the map with Parkour! While Parkour has been in development for 3-4 months now, I've decided that it would fit perfectly on my vision on the Arcade server. Here is the first map we've ever made for parkour, made by ViceTechnicolour

This is the last gamemode that will be shown for Arcade. Stay tuned for the release of the server to see all the other gamemodes :)! And make sure to stay till the 25th for the release of DTC and all the new gadgets on Avicus!

DAY 11 & 12/15

Hello once again children! Ho Ho Ho!

I am terrible sorry for not being available yesterday to spread Avimas cheer! I got caught up with one of my Elves and had some troubles with them but this has been resolved! Since there was no Arcade post yesterday, you will get TWO gamemodes today!

The first Arcade Mode shown today is the original Lanes game. I discovered this from an old thread made by

ProfessorUtonium and decided that it would fit Arcade perfectly for a quick and short game.. You can find it here
Here is one of the maps you might see in the rotation:

The Second Arcade mode shown today is an ORIGINAL! You will be able to experience Minotaur again with some new maps and some classic maps from the old Avicade rotation! Minotaur is a gamemode of cat and mouse where 1 to 3 Minotaurs are selected to chase the runners who essentially run away from the Minotaurs. The goal for the Minotaur is to kill everyone while the runners need to escape and reach the end of the course.

DAY 10/15

Hello once again children! Ho Ho Ho!

Day 10 has finally been reached and more arcade gamemodes will be shown! You will be able to experience spleef on our Arcade server! You will be able to spleef your friends on Arcade once the gamemode is released. Remember: Arcade currently has Spleef, RedAlert, and Ghost Squadron! There are still a couple of days left for Arcade gamemodes to be shown so stay tuned :)

This is one of our basic spleef maps. You are welcome to help out old AviClaus and submit maps for any of the gamemodes shown in my post! Thank you and remember to stay till the 25th for the big bang :)

DAY 9/15

Hello once again children! Ho Ho Ho!

Day 9 has finally been reached and I have a very special present once again! Following Red Alert, our NEW arcade gamemode will be Ghost Squadron! The goal of this game is to hunt down players who will be invisible. You will not be able to see other players but you can use your tool kit to hunt them down. These tool kits are fishing rods, enchantment bottles, and a bow. Another difficult thing for this gamemode will be the maps. All maps have traps that will tell everyone where you are such as pressure plates that light up redstoneblocks to notify everyone! This gamemode will be in the Arcade subsection which will be released with everything else on the 25th! Here is a sneak peak of one of the Ghost Squadron maps you will see:

DAY 8/15

Hello once again children! Ho Ho Ho!

Day 8 has finally been reached and I have a very special present The Elves have discovered this gamemode rotting in the dust and I've decided to announce the revival of Arcade! Yes! On December 25th, We will be organizing events for Arcade and the special sub-gamemodes with it! The server will open soon but first, we want to test the waters with our arcade gamemodes. Our first gamemode for Arcade is an original! What gamemode could this be? Red Alert! If you are new to Avicus. Red Alert is a gamemoe where you CANNOT fall into the void! You must be the last player standing on the islands. The only hard part is that all the blocks you and other players step on disappear! You must parkour your way around to survive and not fall. Here is a map my Elves have dug up:

I have a special announcement that an Elf convinced ALM and ProfessorUtonium to come back to their development ranks! You should be proud of this Elf that convinced them :P

My name is Avi Claus and today I am here to give you a sneak peak of what my elves and I are working on in the workshop for Avicus this Christmas.

I am happy to announce that Avicus will soon be getting the gift of DTC support. That's right you heard me, DTC SUPPORT!

Day 9 has finally been reached and I have a very special present once again! Following Red Alert, our NEW arcade gamemode will be Ghost Squadron! The goal of this game is to hunt down players who will be invisible. You will not be able to see other players but you can use your tool kit to hunt them down. These tool kits are fishing rods, enchantment bottles, and a bow. Another difficult thing for this gamemode will be the maps. All maps have traps that will tell everyone where you are such as pressureplates that light up redstoneblocks to notify everyone! This gamemode will be in the Arcade subsection which will be released with everything else on the 25th! Here is a sneak peak of one of the Ghost Squadron maps you will see:

DAY 11 & 12/15

Hello once again children! Ho Ho Ho!
I am terrible sorry for not being available yesterday to spread Avimas cheer! I got caught up with one of my Elves and had some troubles with them but this has been resolved! Since there was no Arcade post yesterday, you will get TWO gamemodes today!

The first Arcade Mode shown today is the original Lanes game. I discovered this from an old thread made by ProfessorUtonium and decided that it would fit Arcade perfectly for a quick and short game.. You can find it here
Here is one of the maps you might see in the rotation:

The Second Arcade mode shown today is an ORIGINAL! You will be able to experience Minotaur again with some new maps and some classic maps from the old Avicade rotation! Minotaur is a gamemode of cat and mouse where 1 to 3 Minotaurs are selected to chase the runners who essentially run away from the Minotaurs. The goal for the Minotaur is to kill everyone while the runners need to escape and reach the end of the course.

DAY 13/15

Hello once again children! Ho Ho Ho!

Day 13 Already? We only got 2 more days together. I had a fun year with you guys but things will finally have to come to an end. Arcade is still right around the corner and what more than another sneak preview of an arcade gamemode? If you aren't aware already, Arcade is for anyone that wants a quick game. You will not witness 1 hour matches on Dust Devils but small 5 minute games on Ghost Squadron or Red Alert. What could be faster than this? Well, the answer is Parkour! You will be able to challenge other people in a race to the end of the map with Parkour! While Parkour has been in development for 3-4 months now, I've decided that it would fit perfectly on my vision on the Arcade server. Here is the first map we've ever made for parkour, made by ViceTechnicolour

This is the last gamemode that will be shown for Arcade. Stay tuned for the release of the server to see all the other gamemoes :)! And make sure to stay till the 25th for the release of DTC and all the new gadgets on Avicus!

Only one day left of sneak peeks! This has been a wild ride with all the feedback you've given me. I would like to wish you guys a Merry Avimas and to remember to stay till the 25th. Since we've finished talking about Arcade, I have a VERY special treat for you guys made in the bakery in my Workshop. The Elves have made a special maps page for Maps and to where you guys can put your very own feedback! What this website area will include is the map, the author, the version of the map, map information, AND a place where you can input feedback to where the Map Devs will be able to see it.

Here are two images of the current version with maps you may or may not know:

Things may change but for now, this is how it will look. We have only ONE day left for sneak peeks so stay tuned for tomorrow and the grand finale on the 25th!
