Texture Packs aren't allowed?

It says on the
rules page, section C, paragraph 3, line 8, that texture packs are strictly not allowes. What's up with that?

They mean xray texture packs. :3

I think it means texture packs that include x-ray, chest outline, etc.

Basically what the others have said.
X-ray texture packs are not allowed on Avicus. I'm not even sure they even work that well, anyways.
