NOTICE: Forum URLs Are Changing by ALM January 21, 2016 at 8:01 PM UTC

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that we are doing a major backend overhaul of how the forums work. All that you nee to know right now is that the URLs of forum discussions/categories are going to change a little. This means all of the references to other threads that you have made in the past will be potentially broken. (There may or may not be some hacky code to redirect users to the right place in, but this will be removed after about a month.). Be aware that this change will be occurring sometime before the end of the month and will also mean some short website downtime.

We will announce the new URL scheme later today and a date within the next couple of days. Stay tuned!

Some migration code will be written so your old links work, but it will be removed eventually.
