Ok so I normally get 113ms on Avicus and this was about a month ago when host was in Canada and then it changed host to New Jersey where I was getting 87ms which I was happy with and then it changed back to Canada where I got my usual 113ms. However, I just went into cmd(command prompt) and checked my average ping with avicus which is 187ms... wtf did Avicus change host or something? Nope, same original host. Here's some optimistic ping tests around the world to Avicus. If you have higher pings than this, you can blame residential internet service providers.Edit: Also don't trust what Minecraft tells you. It seems to add in the time it takes to process some info on the server side. Open a command line and type
