I'm pretty sure that spy kit for Nexus is for emerald, and I can't use it because the game won't let me(im lvl 45 btw). I even checked the shop and it is included with it. Plz help :)

The only thing I can tell you is report it at GitHub https://github.com/Avicus .  Other then that, I have no clue why it isn't working.

It was changed while you were gone now it is only for diamond rank I think Ivy made a post about it somewhere ;c

What 99 said was correct, Spy was removed and then added back as a Diamond-only kit. I'm pretty sure this is an intended change, but I can check just to make sure.

I thought that the new minecraft EULA doesnt let this happen
