How do you get out of the world

Earlier I saw Emeraldsword and Quesadillas pvping outside of the maps and breaking blocks.(By outside the maps I mean in the regular world with villages) Are you allowed to do it? If you are how do you do it?
I have done it before so what you do (BTW I think it only works in The Walls)
So what you do is in spectator mode you just keep flying up for like 5 to ten minutes maybe longer and after that you drop yourself and you will take damage and after dying spawn in the normal world

I already told Nolan how to do this, it's not allowed, and I was doing tests, later I will tell Nolan what can happen possibly. I'm not explaining this glitch (exploiting) to non-staff. Hopefully this glitch will get fixed, sorry if I made players questioned
