It might be a good idea to stay on topic in your thread, to prevent it getting locked for spam. You could use Skype to ask him that.

EDIT: Or the millions of other apps and programs that you can use to make contact with other people e.g kik, facebook, twitter and even ingame you could add him as a friend and use /msg.

Sem has not Skype, so he can not ask Sem via Skype.

His is a duplicate as Semel said... Also, you should stay on topic on your own topic. If you don't understand, just don't talk about other topics on this topic because that Is going off topic and we need to stay on topic so this doesn't get locked.
