Some Kits are Premium but you need the level required to use them

Please Don't use full caps.
If your gold, you have access to a few kits.
The kit you may be trying to use must've been for a higher rank.

You need to reach the level of where you can unlock the premium kits.
Some premium kits are also for higher ranks.
