I sent a message to AviGill on Skype but no reply is there any other staff that can upgraded me to Emerald?

You just gave out your transaction ID, which could allow anyone to claim that rank..

no they can't, cause it says HIS IGN, I took it out when I posted mine since I didn't know if it was important or not xD :P

Well what I did was go to shop.avicus.net and went to the section called rank upgrades. I put in my IGN and clicked the one called Gold--->Emerald and I bought it. Then I got my emerald.

It has now been more then 12 hours since I purchased the rank and I still have not got it.
