I'm not sure exactly how to describe to you what it is, but for Avicus you can report bugs there.

GitHub is a site used by programmers, where you share repositories, store programs, code, and track bugs.
On the Avicus side of things, you create an account and post any Avicus related bugs in the "New issue" or you can confirm/discuss about current issues in the "Open" section here:
