Update 11/22/17
It was brought to our attention that, while in Discord we updated the chat rules, it was not updated on this post. As a staff team we apologize for this and would like to provide the current update.
CHANGES The term "Nigga" is not allowed. If a player is using other words as a way around the Racism rule, this is punishable. Punishments for racism and homophobic slurs are still the length as stated below.
To help for clarity, I will also post the punishment lengths for the same offenses on Discord:

We have updated two of our Chat Rules. Below are the new guidelines for punishments for these offenses. I have also included clarification on one of them as it has been asked by the community.

*The term "Nigga" is allowed with the following restrictions: - Players are not allowed to overly use this word in a row. This would result in Excessive Language Offence. - Using the word as a replacement for "bro" is acceptable. Using the word directed at another player is not. Example: "You nigga" "You are a nigga". This would result in Directed Language Offence. - At no point is using "nigga" allowed to substitute other racist words.

Ejemplo: "Oye, nigga" "Tu eres un nigga". Esto resultara en Lenguaje Ofensivo como Ofensa Directa. - En ninguna circunstancia se puede usar ''nigga'' para substituir otra palabra racista.

*Begreppet ”Nigga” är tillåtet under följande begränsningar:
-Spelare är inte tillåtna att använda ordet alltför ofta på
en gång. Detta kommer att klassas som Överdrivande av kränkande ord. -Att använda ordet istället för ”bro” är acceptabelt. Att använda
ordet mot en annan spelare är inte tillåtet. Exempel: ”You nigga” eller ”You
are a nigga”. Detta kommer att klassas som Riktande språkanfall. -Det är aldrig tillåtet att använda ”nigga” som en
ersättning för andra rasistiska ord.

A few questions about this EXTREMELY useful update...
Whose definition of racism and "Homophobia" are we using, the left or the right? Is it ok for me to be white or is that some unforgivable sin I had no choice in committing but clearly I am white because of my racism?
1 month + seems pretty open to interpretation. Is that 2 months or 2 years? Do you keep adding an extra week each time?
Again every rule, method and protocol made in this past year or so is either completely retarded or so fucking vague that you find that you've pegged yourself within a matter of weeks.
Honestly though for this issue we should just start fundraising for a freezer to keep the snowflakes from melting. If you can't handle the word nigga, thats ok, the internet isn't for all of us.

I didn't ask the race thing as a serious question, it's a recent political debate that I thought would illustrate the long stretch between the left and the right when it comes to defining what they view as racism and homophobia. All I had to go on was the stance on saying nigga, which seems to indicate a leftist libtard approach but I asked anyway, hoping for the best.

Yes I'm well aware of how decision making works, I'd just assumed that after a recent string of very vague rules which cause issues down the track, the staff team would be taking steps to ensure they clearly define their rules. "No homophobia or racism" is a tad vague and as previously stated, what constitutes as racism or "Homophobia" is a lot different depending on political stance. For instance, leftists would be triggered by me calling something gay, whilst conservatives wouldn't bat an eyelid.

That is a very valid point. The issue lies in it's hard to put into exact words (without trying to list every scenario possible) what would be allowed and what isn't without players trying to use that to get around it. The overall theme of these rules is to not use specific words in chat.
The counter argument is that someone can still be racist and homophobic without saying those words - which is correct. Depending on how the topic / discussion is happening however, it - in theory - could fall under racism and homophobia but it could also fall under the rudeness, excessive language punishment as well as those cover directed language at a person or group of people.
You do bring up some good points and if you want to discuss this further please PM me on Discord! I'd love to discuss your views and opinions in some of the gaps and vagueness we have for these rules.
We want to be as clear as possible. Being part of the community, we want to hear suggestions on how we can improve!
