Control the Hill xp glitch

I'm only getting 2 xp per kill even though I'm gold. Help please?

For some reason on Nexus you only get (normaly) 1xp and with Gold Donator 2xp. On Nebula you get (normaly) 1.5xp(i think) and with Gold Donator 3xp. Its more normal get a kill on Nexus than Nebula.
