What are the guidelines for Mods, Srs and Admins joining scrim servers without permission?

Ps; Moderators, don't comment I just want a confirmation from a Sr, or Admin not like 5 replies from some mods.

As of now, only Senior Moderators, Developers, and Administrators are allowed to enter scrimmage servers without the consent of a leader. A team leader can ask the staff member to leave if they desire, but if foul play/questionable acts are being reported, said staff member(s) will return and look into the issue without question.
