When I upgraded I had no problems :(

Deleted system 32? Might be a problem in some cases

I literally updated to windows 10 two days ago, and my minecraft worked fine. I remember seeing somewhere in an article that updating Java may work!

Check your drivers and try a new install of java? Also make sure your ram amount is right aswell incase windows 10 uses more ram? Are u using a mods? Prehaps run without them

I'm pretty sure that you have to update your graphics drivers. Probably your graphics drivers are up to date for whatever version you had before updating, but not for Windows 10. I know that for my Nvidia 730, I had to install graphics drivers specific to Windows 10.

I have had this problem before, basically try using the default Minecraft Launcher. If you are using the the default Minecraft Launcher and still have this problem then this solution is useless.

There are multiple different lancher versions. Exe that requires java, exe that doesn't, and an installer. Try every different launcher. I had the same problem and this fixed it.

Restart your computer

Try the installer which is .msi. I think that should work
