Mod's shouldn't be able to lock or archieve posts/topics seeing as 99% of them don't know how to use the fucking commands.

That used to be a thing, although I don't know why it was re-added to the Moderator permissions on the forums.

Most moderators haven't showed they know what to do with posts. Either change the training or remove it for only mods.

Well, considering the past porn spam attacks and keylog attacks, I don't see this as being an ideal change (no seniors were able to punish until much later, when kylo would come on).

I'm sure training for this will phase out when we train for teamspeak -- if not, i'll add it to the mentoring sheet.

You'll see plenty of change to the way things should be with Fluenza as admin. Proved then, will prove soon. He has a lot of community orientation and spends a lot of time working and revising, plus I've already spoken to him with things he's taken care of.

I'm sure it'll happen if he doesn't leave anytime soon.

EDIT: I'm curious as to why this topic has been made. I'm going through many pages now and the only things locked or archived has been apps/appeals/reports, excluding 2 justified locks. It's much better than it was a couple months ago. Are you complaining your insult was archived...?

1) I don't really think he cares if you post that, in fact I think it allows him to have the post he made on the forums up. 

2) a good tip is to not do things like this, doesn't look professional at all.

I don't think guidelines will fix the locking and deleting posts, seeing as they didn't really work previously with the locking. But this topic just seems like a argument to be made, I guess in the guidelines this topic will be locked.
