/fly in hub 
more ranks!!!
and more commands

I don't think people would buy fly in hub mostly because people don't stay in the hubs/lobby for along time since they head off to other mini-games.

The thing about having more ranks, is that there needs to be something different that that rank gets that the other ranks below it don't, and the rank needs to not have things that the ranks above it do. Just adding ranks willy nilly serves no purpose, the ranks need to be different from each other, there really aren't any commands or perks that could be given to a new rank.

If you really want to support rhe server yo can do give giveaways or buy all the pet packages, otherwise i dont see want else that could be added to the shop
