I know I might sound like a noob, but can some please tell me how to apply for staff?

Apps are closed. When they open, you must write a detailed essay XD. Also, you need at least 100 posts on the forums.

Any hint on when? It was suggested to be middle of August but August is just ending.
Personally I think the server could use some more staff. It's not too bad but a few more people couldn't do much harm.
