As long as i can say, this is a bug. It happens a lot of times to me too. Well not the same case as you were, but like you know can't join the server for some reason idk. But if you restart your game that it would work. Try that,

Yes, it is down. I am on it right now, use the server connect thingy in direct connect or something, like nebula05.avic.us
