Hello! In one of my classes, I need to record my screen. I'm looking for a screen recorder (free) for Windows 7.  Any suggestions?

It never runs on  my laptop.... I tried all. So..... Try it, is a good recording software ^~^

Well, I use fraps to record just the gameplay, but if you want to record the whole screen, I would recommend Camtasia Studio. :D

Ps: Both programs can record Skype calls, so that won't be a problem! ^-^

Use screencast-o-matic.
I did a video tut. but it is in spanish :/
Click on the microphone and change it.

Register and start recording ;)
It records 15 minutes.

With the above programs like Fraps and such the issue is the free trials leave water marks. You want it as pro as you can. OBS is my recommendation. Very customizable, takes a small hit on FPS not like some others and the best of all it is free forever without water marks
