Are they allowed?
I know the rules perfectly well, so I don't need to be reminded, but they are a big deal, and show that you've finally "mastered" a certain gamemode.
Prestige 1-4 threads are pretty pointless, but are prestige 5 threads allowed?

Well what are all these prestige celebration being locked? I understand the spam but can't they have a grace period in which people can acknowledge our player and their acheivements?

I think 1st and 5th prestiege should be fine and legal

1-4 Prestige threads aren't allowed because they really aren't considered that large of an achievement. 

Prestige 5 is a very large milestone; therefore, they are allowed.
