He either got demoted or retired, probably demoted, he doesn't have a retired rank.

I think he wasn't active, then got demoted, and after that, he quit... I think

Vlushy should be back within a week. He was on vacation, and was temp demoted, but now he does not want to be mod again, I think. He might want to, but I doubt it from what he told me.
