I have an idea of a nebula map and know how I will make it but, I don't know how to format the map and stuff like that.

First, start with a void map, then build off that.
Worry about the YML and the downloads later.

Go to new world, creative, no structers, cheats, presets for super flat, change the jsj3766xjrb thing to 1x0 then do either /up 1 or /setblock (cord) (cord) (cord) blockname AND BAM! Start building
