So I purchased Gold again, can anyone rank me up to Emerald? I have the purchase ticket number thing if needed

Actually, the way to rank up to Emerald from Gold would be to purchase Emerald. When you actually go in to purchase, $25 (your gold rank) will be taken of off the price. But yeah, as res said, email support, or contact the Sr. Staff in some other way.

I don't follow your logic. You pay $25 to go from gold to emerald when you already have gold, correct? Why did it change?

It didn't change... But the way to do that is not by purchasing gold again. You purchase Emerald, but it will cost only $25
