Referee Help?

Well i have had a email from the Avicus Senior Mods saying my Referee Application was denied for what reason i do not know beings 'Pel' didn't put why i was denied so i'm not sure what to work on next time? Mods/Senior Mods please tell me what to do from now so that i can see what i may have weak spots in when in comes to ranks or being staff.
