If i vote say 5 times in a week and dont redeem after ech time will i have 5 votes when i log on

So if I vote everyday, then after 2 Months I only get the XP from the last day I voted ?

The answer to the original question is yes. I didn't log in for 2 days, but didn't vote. I got both emeralds.
anyone knows anything about stuff like this?
