Clear Screen Problem by Splades June 27, 2014 at 2:06 AM UTC

Hey guys, I have just been wondering if anyone knows how to fix the problem I'm currently getting when I try to launch Minecraft. The Minecraft launcher works perfectly fine but when I press "Play" I get this clear screen that can see what is behind it. I haven't been on Avicus in a while now because of this problem so that is why I am here today to ask if anyone knows how to fix it.

I believe that this may be an issue between 1.7.10 and your version of Java. Try using 1.7.9 that's what I use and it works fine. However I haven't experienced this issue. Hope it helps!!

That sometimes happens to me. I'd recommend restarting your Minecraft, and or your computer, and it should fix it's self.

It happens with every other version too not just 1.7.10

Yeah but I know for sure others have experienced this problem, anyways I will be getting new parts for my computer soon so it will perform better but for now I just wanna know how to fix this annoying problem.

I like how the outline of the window is right around "SPLADE"

Try starting the minecraft launcher from Minecraft.net

Try starting the minecraft launcher from Minecraft.net
That launcher only plays upto 1.5.2. Avicus is version 1.7

ummm... redownload minecraft?  i dont know if it will work cause i have a mac and havent gotten this problem.

I have tried all sorts of things I guess the only thing left to do now is create another version of Windows and play Minecraft on that.

There's got to be some sort of forum around minecraft.net or mojang about technical support. See if you can find one and post it there.
