I come to forums and see unread posts, open thread with unread posts and... DON'T see them. There are only old replies.
Who deletes them and why? People have the right to know!

No, you can't see deleted replies for a good reason. If you can see deleted replies it defeats the purpose of what it should do... That is, hide inappropriate comments.
