Ok, so it turns out that in the avicus spawn there are 3 different levers all around that unlock this door (http://i.imgur.com/BFSuarZ.png?1)
And when you go in there is this long hallway and then there is one room on the left side with this in it (http://i.imgur.com/jkhgMpx.jpg?1)
and if you go to the end of the hall, you find the cow god (http://i.imgur.com/v89N6y7.jpg?1) It also turns out, that you can go inside the cows eyeballs ._. (http://imgur.com/NS3eSUs) Now it's just up to you guys to find the levers, and the door!

All this reminds me of the secret roller coaster in the old, old Avicus lobby. Thanks for revealing these passages!

I have been searching everywhere and I can only find 2 levers ;( the ones next to the stairs. Do you know where the 3rd lever is?

The third lever is in the little area next to the two levers. Go down into the water and to the right there should be a lever.
