Resend the E-Mail if you  haven't gotten a response within 1 week. My best advice is for you to not create Forums Post(s) about your ban, it will decrease your chances of getting unbanned. Best Wishes!

I'm pretty sure if you appeal on the forums you get your chances of being unbanned about 0/100.  It states in the rules that if you ban evade all accounts will be banned forever, with a minimal chance of being unbanned.
