Recent changes to SG

Though this mostly won't affect this wave, I've been working a bit on SG to make some changes. This fixes the dominant issues with survival games and some other things that were necessary to attract players or even "internal" things such as making YAML more attractive and easier to use. Some of the changes that I have performed are documented here:
General Changes Revert the new SG lobby (the one with fences and flatland). Make wooden swords more common in chests Remove duplicate max: 24 in SG ymls Fix teams: spacing on all SG ymls Fix colors that were not standardized (orange) Remove Elimination entirely
Survival Kingdom Grow the wheat crops by spawn Bonemeal the area by spawn
Moonbase 9 Make the YML use spaces, not tabs
Survival Games 3 Fix YAML indentation Change radius for spawn Disallow building in deathmatch
Survival Games 6 Fix YAML indentation Fix author misspelling
