Inventories NEED to drop when players leave. by Doppelganger_ September 24, 2014 at 10:09 AM UTC

^^^^
That idea needs to be implemented otherwise someone can take all the other iron of a team and leave the game and the team is basically screwed for the whole game. Happened today on Rendezvous. I'm not going to name and shame but I recorded them and am reporting them.

Would be very helpful in Walls too.

Zintenka September 24, 2014 at 11:09 AM UTC

I agree.

_Avy September 24, 2014 at 11:09 AM UTC

I think its a good idea but the amount of people leaving and items will be quite a lot, this can also result in lagging the server :/

S3M3L September 24, 2014 at 11:09 AM UTC

Why would you mine all the iron? I don't even have words to describe it, it's just stupid. No offence if someone feels insulted, but, it is stupid, if you do it, you clearly need to acknowledge your stupidity. When I played, this always happened, a teamplayer mines every iron block (nebula) and jumps into void or runs without armor to the enemy and dies with everything. He/she would then say "I was helping out the team and making armor", I just facepalm, so hard it left a bruise on my face, honestly. xD ._.

I know. But some people want to ruin other peoples experiences.

MerlinMaster September 24, 2014 at 12:09 PM UTC

Very Helpful.

It's not directed to you my friend, I agree with you and I'm talking to those who actually do this and I know there's players active on the forums who actually do this.

i guess its a form of "trolling" even though they're just ruining what time we actually have to play nowadays... i agree, it really is pretty stupid :/

FirstSintax September 24, 2014 at 2:09 PM UTC

Another thing thats annoying is breaking workbenches, SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO annoying cause i get 347021983750293487 diamond blocks

BmB September 24, 2014 at 2:09 PM UTC

I can imgaine that in the walls and elim (if anyone ever played it ;P) this would be very useful.

kraken____ September 24, 2014 at 3:09 PM UTC

+1 its quite annoying for people taking 20 blocks of iron and logging off.

AutoHit September 24, 2014 at 3:09 PM UTC

This seems like a good idea, but it also seems kinda hard how it would work. If a player left the game with the resources, where would the resources go for example?

Emmaye September 24, 2014 at 4:09 PM UTC

+1
Someone who combat logs on you on Quintus with diamond armor that you are trying to kill... happens every time to me

Goodnighht September 24, 2014 at 4:09 PM UTC

plz add this I think trolls are the reason people quit playing walls. but if they can do that then ppl might play again and same as emerald I agree its very annoying when ppl combat log when they have full diamond when ur about to kill them+100

Iron September 24, 2014 at 4:09 PM UTC

+1 especially for walls!

Arachadonic September 24, 2014 at 5:09 PM UTC

If the person takes all the iron on his team than that would/should count as team grief so I +1 the idea on that basis.

I often would steal the enemy team's iron though as a tactic and to my knowledge that's okay since it's a tactic that affects the enemy and not your team.

YTMangoYT September 24, 2014 at 5:09 PM UTC

these people are called trollers

The person I mentioned in the OP ended up getting punished :D

Dyspa September 25, 2014 at 12:09 AM UTC

I saw a post about this but never got answered. I total y agree with this.

Phobiaxx September 25, 2014 at 12:09 AM UTC

Tho, most people who take armor jump into the void... o-o

I know that but thats not the point. I only used that situation in the OP cause it happened to me like 5 mins before writing this. It could be useful in other situations like if a teammate has defense materials and he has to go etc.

Would really help combat loggers or team killers. Or just those people who leave because they have to go and don't give their items to the team.

: O
Awesome Idea +1
