In game (nebula) I keep getting stuck whilst trying to run! After this happens like twice, it pops up in the chat that I need to stahp hacking D:!? Like wahhhhhh

It's just the anti-cheat.
This prevents people from fly hacking, and is for the best.
However, I agree that it can be annoying and glitchy at times, especially on stairs and slabs.

I know how to get out of it:
just shift and walk.
it will get you right out of it :D
