Bumping player reports?

So I reported someone on the website for hacking yesterday, but haven't gotten a response yet. Am I allowed to bump the report to get it seen? Its been over 24 hours.

Just wait the staff do answer all of them even if it takes a day.

I waited 10 days then bumped, then got warned.
kind of ridiculous getting a warning for a bumping a post after 10 days.

There is no need to bump player reports. Once you've filed an online report, there's no need to add useless comments; such as "bump". (Unless you're adding more evidence)
Also, I would like to add that we get a ton of player reports, each day. We're very sorry if your report isn't answered.
