What team speak do i have to downloaded? The Server 64-bit one? Client 64-bit? Client 32-bit? or Server 32-bit? If you know please tell me!
depends if you have a 64 bit computer or a 32 bit :P

Double click it...
It's very straight forward.
Just go through the installation instructions after you run it (double click).
