I'm a diamond as you can tell, but for some reason i'm not getting my free kits? just confused, i think it might be a bug or something.

You have to get the level. Ex: for Cookiemonster you need to be lvl 21

Like RisForRekt stated above, you need to reach the level needed for the kit ^-^ Your rank just gives you access to it. Hope that helps!
