Staff Spotlight Comeback #2 - Pelpelajax

Hello all! I decided to kick off my career with a revival of the Staff Spotlight series, and I decided to start it off with one of our most hardworking and dedicated staff members, Pelpelajax.
1. What is your username in minecraft and what is your favorite game on Avicus? Hello, my username is Pelpelajax, and I recently changed it too Aeronautic_. My favourite game on Avicus is CTW however the CTW server are often empty, unfortunately. 2. What are you most excited/obsessed over at the moment? At the moment, I am most obsessed over the tournament. It’s something we have been planning for a while now. There is still some things to get done, but the foundations are there. Very pleased. 3. Where are you from? I am from the Netherlands, Rotterdam. I moved to England when I was 9 so, I feel a bit English as well. 4. Are you in school, or do you have a job? I am in school, 8th grade. I will soon be going to 9th grade. I do occasionally give football training to younger kids, but that’s not really a job. 5. Who or what inspires you the most in your life? Mhm, that’s a very good question, one that I have never thought of. It would probably be a football player. Edwin van den Sar. He’s a dutch goalkeeper, the best we have ever had. He was a great success with Manchester United, the team I support. He is someone I look up too. Someone else is my grandad. He is a very funny and caring guy. Someone who you can always laugh with. 6. How do you contribute to the Avicus as a staff member? I contribute to Avicus as a Senior Staff member and Official. I often go through the the support email and appeals, as well as creating tournaments that you can enjoy. I help out where I can, I don’t regret anything on Avicus one but. It’s been a great time so far. 7. What are the most common questions you get asked while moderating or managing? Well, it would be ‘When do staff applications open’ or ‘When’s the tournament’. Even refs ask me that, shame on you refs.
8. Anything else you want to mention? Well, I am 14, and have spend just under a year on Avicus. I am a goalkeeper and play in the second team of my age group. I love planes and want to do something with them when I am older. That will be all for now. Thank you for reading and have a great day/night!
