Have an alert but nothing going on..

Heyo, I have a quick question. So, right now I have an alert under "My Discussions". I then checked it and no one has recently replied to any of my topics. I'm pretty confused.. does it mean someone replied and deleted their comment or something, is there something else I don't know about going on, or is it just a glitch? It's really bugging me..

Do "mark all read" then it is fixed
