I've been waiting since ~4 weeks for an answer and I sent the E-Mail answer like 3 times. What. To. Do. Now. ?

The e-mail is not the only thing. Hub03 and Hub04 are also down.

He said "nise changes", which is plural for the support email being "down" and the hubs being down "too apparently".

Yes I email them 4 weeks ago no reply they might be busy not 100% sure !

If you haven't received a response within a week, then send another email.
If another week has gone by and you haven't received a response from your second email, contact the Sr.Staff directly.

So, two weeks, two emails.
If there's no response, contact the Sr.Staff via Skype.
