Since when did Avicus ban for caps or swearing when they are not directed at someone?

Avicus has always punished for excessive caps, lang. spam, etc. Since you got tempanned for it, you were probably doing it a little  too much.

Read the rules, it's clearly stated in section 1. You had been warned and kicked already by another staff member so it's beyond me why you decided to continue.
