Teamspeak help!

So i just got ts and when i try to join a channel it says insufficient client permissions "(failed on i_channel_join_power)" , and when i did get in i guess i couldnt hear anybody but i can fix that later, and how do i get my rank on their?

Find a Sr. Staff member and right click their name and a menu will come up, choose the "Poke Client" option and in the message box say "GIMME MY EMERALD RANK" don't actually say that, that'd be rude xP but say something along the lines of that requesting your rank :P

To get your rank, poke a Sr Mod or higher and tell them that you need your rank.
