Need suggestions for Perks.

I know for a while now, every now and then one of these threads pops up, people make suggestions and then nothing happens. PieZ and myself could just look at the other threads but most of them are outdated and we don't want to add perks no one wants.
Essentially I would just like some suggestions for perks. These perks would not only have to abide by EULA but also would have to encourage non donors to donate and current donators to upgrade.
i dont know what tHE matias has meant but it gave me an idea if he did not mean that already
u could do that ONLY BEFORE A MATCH STARTS, and on a public server not on a scrim you could gamble a certain amount of credits. the plugin roughly calculates the chance of a team to win by counting the number of donators in it and diamond is higher than gold and will result in higher % in the calculation. then, before the match starts i can /gamble red 1000 which will gamble 1000 credits on team red winning or being the winner till the time limit. if team red has no donors and team blue have some, say the odd is 10% for red and 90% for blue i will get 9000 credits if red wins, and no credits if blue cause i did not bet on them.
- Higher chance of winning crates: Already a thing;
- Premium Lobby: meh
- Donator only subform: meh
- Higher credit rewards @ end of match: Already a thing
- Claimable credit packs: meh
- Claimable XP packs: Violates EULA
- Beta testing: idea is to get as many players testing as possible, bad idea
- Buy crates with credits: meh
- Discount in cosmetic shop: Already a thing
- Access to exclusive gadgets/cosemetics: Already a thing
- Better chance of unlocking cosmetics: Already a thing
- Donators can only create teams: Violates EULA
Earn XP faster: Violates EULA Claimable XP packs: Violates EULA How? As far as I've heard XP doesn't change the gameplay if you get to a higher level. Maybe I'm wrong but how would this violate EULA? It's like giving donators a multiplayer.

Without going into much detail, the plan is in the future to allow users to use XP for something. We are keeping this currency equal for all users from the beginning to allow this to be possible. You can already buy multipliers for credits.
Ideas: (These aren't necessarily for ranks, but just ideas to add.) -Custom inventory. I'm not sure how easy this is to develop, but if you could set a spawn inventory for each map that would be amazing. -(For Walls whenever it gets added) /surface was super helpful before and was honestly the reason I donated. It would be amazing to have that back, and because you can't give it to donators just give it to everyone. -An in-game shop. I know this has been discussed, but a shop would make playing more fun. Maybe base it off kills for that game? So that you can keep credits and multipliers for donators. -This might seem a little "gross" to a lot of people but I think that adding a preview of badges or particles for donators only would get people to donate. ;p -Maybe cosmetics as a spectator in games? Just make sure players can't see it. xd

XP does not give an ingame advantage (high level people still have the same opportunity to be as good as lower lower level people) I thought the EULA was only against using irl money to improve your chances ingame (such as getting better gear to be better at pvp)?

After doing some research, and talking to an attorney friend, this is not possible.
You see, this network operates under the governing law of the state of Minnesota (US) which has some strict gambling/betting laws. These laws state that any wagering of properties that can be earned using hard currency may not be used to wager on any skill-based games/events. The issue with credits is that while they are pseudo-soft currency, real money can be spent to aid in the earning of them, which would put them in the real of a hard currency. With this is mind, we cannot (without abusing some shady loopholes and putting the server in potential legal risk) offer the possibility of wagering any form of property on any of our events/matches.

jesus who cares its a MINECRAFT server as well as this is not the most or if even any popular server out there, no ones gonna hire a lawyer and pay him money and sue THE AVICUS POSIGHDUN NETWORK for gambling credits on matches.

Server is hosted near Montreal, Quebec, Canada. But the owner keenanjt lives in the state of Minnesota where he has the server registered as a business so all state laws apply to the network.

for the very first time im with you in this one lmao
Hang on, what if they're stuck to just spectating a player via spectator mode and nothing else? Then they'd be able to spectate but only see what the players can see.... Idk, just a suggestion...
not like there's any reward for doing it if you fly up to the top you are just robbing yourself of the fun you'll have jumping to get up there and then sense of accomplishment or whatever
