Anyone else notice that Off Topic posts don't show up in Recent Topics. I tested this, it doesn't. Is this intentional, or a bug?

If you hover over the off-topic category, it states that it's hidden from recent topics.
So yes, it was intentional.

Many other forums choose to have the Off Topic threads hidden in the Recent Posts section, so it's quite common.
