You can spleef to prestige if the players say their ok with it.

Basically every player has attempted and spleefed other players (With their permission) to earn prestiges. 
As long as the other players have given permission to spleef, it's even sometimes considered an "honor."

When you get 50 you need 1 more Xp point so 1 more kill Idk why he needed to spleef all four of them.
