if someone is trying to kill me on my team can I kill them before I die? I have this issue a lot and I just got banned for it. :( can someone help me I don't know if its bannable or not.
That seems a bit extreme though. He was just defending himself and that person probably killed several teammates themselves.
You have to understand the pressure it puts on the Mods. Say a moderator gets a team-killing report from a player, they go to the game but all they see is the person who reported somebody for team-killing, killing the person that they reported. It puts the Moderator in an awkward position.
yea i guess thats true i try not to team kill but sometime i dont have time to report or ill die to fast... so my only other idea would be to get them away :P i understand why but its just annoying thats all
I don't want an appeal I know I shouldn't have I was just asking if it was a different rule if your the one being team killed on and then killing the person and I got my answer :P that's why I asked to lock it lol

You know what else is extreme? Getting tempbanned for 5 days because of "Excessive Combat Logging" and in which all 3 of the combat log infractions I had before that weren't even on purpose. Contacting [email protected] doesn't work because no one checks that.

Ikr...that's ridiculous. I was there for 2 or 3 of those and can vouch...
But seriously, micah didn't really do much and it was a straight up tempban?!?!?! Like wtf that's a kick if you need to give him an infraction imo...

Splade, the sr.staff are pretty active for the appeals now :P Sorry that I was the one who tempbanned you for that... but someone else would've done the same... shadow told me about it in-game, all you need to do is appeal. ^_^

Mistakes happen. Ik it looked bad. it just seemed weird as he was already tempbanned for a day and a bit then it was increased by 4 days :P. But oh well, what can you do?
Team-killing is not allowed under ANY circumstance. If it was allowed when someone is trying to team-kill you, the mod wouldn't know who started it, and there would be loads of confusion on who to punish. The other problem is, it isn't your first offense. If someone is team-killing, you /report them, and you may not see a mod in game, because they could be spectating. You just have to be patient, and wait for assistance.
Lol I don't want a ban appeal. It was a simple 1 person answer question :P and now it's a whole conversation XD anyway all I was asking is if that was allowed or not cuz it didn't saying anything about it in the rules lol
Just realized this but when I got banned at first it was 1 day... Why is it 5 now? It's not a huge deal just curious. And btw if this is the reason. The first ban for team killing was an accident.

If you break the same rule twice you will be given a more harsher punishment, this stops people from breaking the same rule over and over again.
I under stand but this is my first offense... If you look at my posts I made a post about it a d00sie agreed. (I can't put a link cuz I'm on my iPad but just look on the one called "Banned"
I think you well and truly deserve an appeal, thats like in real life somebody pulls a gun on you and tries to shoot but you shoot them in self defence, but YOU get arrested, i know it's different circumstances or whatever, but you know what i mean, i think you did the right thing :) IMO BTW!
lol as nice as it would be to get an appeal I don't really need one honestly bcuz I have to finish school for today (im home schooled) and then I will play. it will probly be a while before I can play but its ok honestly I was planning on playing a different game anyway. I need to grind lvl on hypixel :P thanks for trying to help tho OPTOBAT
