So as you can see, my profile head right above this is missing it's sunglasses. Now my eyes look bulging. I didn't remove the sunglasses from the outer layer of the head where you can add hats and stuff. I also noticed some other people's skins are missing the outer layer. Please help.

The forums dont show the outer layers for some reason. It only shows the main part.

I would go on minecraft.net and go to your profile and make sure your "players format" is the steve format and not the newer one that came out with 1.8, the newer one doesn't take hats from 1.7 skins A.K.A the steve format

Mine is on the Steve format.

Try switching it to the new one then. If not its a website glitch then.
